Flexibility and core strength are critical to a great golf swing. This class focuses on full body flexibility. Emphasis will be put on deleloping a routine to practice daily. The benefits of stretching are cumulative, the more you do the better the result, oh, and guess what, if you stop, or practice these exercises infrequently, yoou start to go backwards in the results department.
